Blacklisting – what is it?
We are frequently contacted by people who have been told (usually by a creditor when they want to apply for more credit) that they are “blacklisted”. These clients often assume that this is either a form of legal action (like a judgement) or a type of block that has been placed against their name to prevent them from applying for credit, but this is not that case.
